Pilates is one of the best known ways of exercising and strengthening your core stomach muscles and this will help to prevent injury.
It is an intense and challenging workout that will stretch and balance the body. In each class we work on posture to help with upper back problems/pain we also work on the gluteus muscles to help with sciatica and lower back pain. A relaxing stretch and meditation section at the end of each class will de stress and leave you invigorated and with amazing core strength. Please email me for a leaflet detailing more about Pilates.
