New Price scale for September 2014

The old Loyalty card system will finish as your card runs out and new special offers will take place periodically. please let me have your email address by going onto my website at
www.exercisewithsallyguise.co.uk so that you receive a newsletter, any updates and special offers plus, videos of class ideas, you can impliment at home.

Pilates classes will be paid for upfront 4 weeks at a time.
The card will expire 4 weeks from the start date if you do not attend the class then this will not be refunded.
If I have to cancel the class for any reason you will be given another week to use the card.
The cost of your card to cover 4 pilate sessions will be £25.00, costing £6.25 per session,
If you choose to pay as you go the session will cost £7.50

50+ classes will increase to £5.00 per class.

Mega Monday workout, H.I.I.T, Cardio Kick, Step, Legs Bums and Tums will increase to £6.00 per class

H.I.I.T on a monday night and Zumba on a monday evening will cost £5.50 as they run for ¾ of an hour.

14 to 18year olds pay £5.00 per session.

Fitness Tips for September

1. Get Moving! Aim to squeeze in at least one of our classes per week, preferably two or if your new to exercise try to achive at least 30 minutes of activity into your day. Sounds scary? That 30 minutes doesn’t have to be done together – a brisk 10-minute walk or running for the bus counts!
2. Warm up and cool down. Start your workout with a warm-up to raise your heart rate, prevent injury and increase flexibility, e.g. 5-10 minutes walking or cycling. After exercise, cool your body down with some stretches, to stop you feeling sore the next day.
3. Start small. As much as you would like to, you wont be able to run a marathon on the first day! Gradually build up the amount of activity you do so your muscles have the chance to adapt.
4. Drink Plenty of Water. Take constant sips of water throughout the day and during your class to replace fluids lost through perspiration and keep your energy levels up.
Alcohol and fizzy drinks dont count !!
5. Work Hard. Exercise at different levels of intensity rather than at the same pace to burn fat. Instead of a long, steady run, switch between fast running and slow jogging.
6. Stay Positive. Don’t be disheartened if you don’t immediately see a diffrence. Stay focused and keep at it – you should start to notice the benefits after a few weeks.

7. Group fitness classes. Group fitness classes are a fun way to get fit and meet new people. There’s lots to choose from: for a calorie-burning, dance inspired workout,
Zumba is ideal, or if you want to tone up H.I.I.T or Cardio Kick is for you.
Your 60% more likley to achive your fitness goals when you exercise as part of a group.

We have the biggest range of classes, than ever before that you can choose to take part in, from the holistic classes such as Pilates to our BRAND NEW FUSION CLASS that is a combination of Pilates, Tia Chi and Yoga with lots of lovely stretches to releive you of stress and strains.

At the other end of the class spectrum we also have H.I.I.T high intensity interval training, this is a great class to see quick results and is the most effective class for burning calories. If you have put on a few pounds over the summer break and want to make a real diffrence to you figure then try anyone of our classes, combined with eating a healthy clean diet you will see the results. Turn off the negative voice that sabotages your efforts, step out of your comfort zone and take up the challenge.
